2005 Reeanactor Registration Rules

Artillery and Cavalry

We must  have all horses and cannons pre-registered by December 4th, 2004.

The first (40) pre-registered horses will receive (2) bales of hay for the event. The rest of the  horses will receive (1) bale of hay. Pre-registration Deadline is Dec. 4, 2004.

The first (20) pre-registered cannons will be reimbursed $100.00 for their powder.

(Pick up check at Goodrich's tent at 11:00 Sunday the 16th) Pre-registration is Dec. 4, 2004.

The Brooksville Raid Committee has decided after long discussions that we will have to receive a $1.00 donation for all  reenactors and adult family members in the Brooksville Raid.  All adults will receive a raffle ticket, upon registering , we will have 5 drawings for a $100 gift certificate each, good at any of our registered Sutlers. The event committee did not like to have to make this decision, however the rising cost of putting on such an event is tremendous and we had to come up with a way to offset increasing expenses.

Any and all proceeds from this event are split evenly between North Pinellas Sertoma, of which all funds goes directly into maintaining the Brooksville Raid site (Sand Hill Scout Reservation) and the The Hernando Historical Association of which all funds go into historic preservation.

Thank you very much for making this reenactment  the largest events in Florida and we hope it will continue to grow each year.
