Dear Sutler,

On behalf of the Hernando Historical Museum Association, Inc. and the North Pinellas County Scout Sertoma  Club, Inc. , it is our pleasure to invite you to attend the 25th Annual Brooksville Raid Festival.

Thanks to your support and commitment, the Brooksville Raid has grown to be one of the largest events of its type in the state of Florida.  We are working diligently to make this year's event one to remember.

This year's reenactment observes the 142nd anniversary of the battle.  The event is to be held January 15th and 16th, 2005, at the Sand Hill Scout Reservation on State Road 50, west of Brooksville.  Arrangements have been made with the North Pinellas County Scout Sertoma Club to allow camping from January 12 through January 17, 2005 (no one will be permitted on the site prior to 10 A.M. January 12th).  Meals and hot showers will be available from the North Pinellas County Scout Sertoma Club,   Friday evening through Sunday, for a nominal fee.

Anyone requiring DISABLE CAMPING MUST pre-register prior to Dec. 14th. and pick up pass at registration to receive a parking permit.  Space is limited.  Proof of disability is required.

Due to the large number of Sutlers who attend this event, we request that you pre-register prior to December 4th,  2005. A registration package is included.  Please complete all requested information and submit with your donation..  The pre donation is suggested to be  $35.00 (Thirty-Five and no/100 Dollars); personal checks, cashiers checks, or money orders are acceptable.  Do not send cash.  Enclose self addressed stamped envelope for confirmation.
